The overall theme of the Hotel / Casino is Egypt, so they have lot's of stuff related to pyramids, and such from ancient Egypt. They also have a Titanic Exhibit at the Luxor which was excellent, and they also have several shows, which were Blue Man group and Carrot Top when we visited. They also have a food court towards the back on the 2nd floor, which you can grab fast food if desired, but be heads up, the prices are fairly expensive compared to locations outside the Hotel / Casino. We also visited a few of the shops and they are well maintained also, as are the various places to eat. The machines and tables are kept nice and fresh, so everything looks fairly new, as well as the overall ambiance of the interior of the Casino. The Casino is laid out nicely and has plenty of room to move around from Slot's to Table's, or other Gambling endeavors. Overall the Luxor is a nice Hotel and Casino, although we only visited and used the Casino, Shop's, and Restaurant's. Normal sunbeds are free if you can hack direct 40 degree heat!ĭrinks were ok priced and the pool was clean. You had to pay $150 for a sunbed with a parasol. We got a Starbucks and a muffin from the shop for breakfast then the food court for a small lunch then we went out to the other casinos for dinnerĭisappointing, your in a desert and there was NO shade!

Sandwich place was yummy for salads and wrapsĭiablos was really good Mexican and helpful staff. Lots of purchase choices, food court was really good for a quick cheap lunch. Out the way enough to not be in the madness!Īir con was poor, wouldn’t drop below 24 degrees, when it was 42 outside we needed the air con to work!Īlways clean though and always fresh towels We travelled with parents/ in laws so The Luxor being at the end of the stop was great. Quieter location which was perfect for us.
